Health: Foods to Eat this Spring


Yes, seasonal foods do taste better! This is because they are harvested at the right time. You’ll also notice this produce tends to cost less.

Spring season is all about fresh fruits and veggies, adding color to any plate. A few of my favorites below.

  1. Asparagus
  2. Avocados
  3. Lime
  4. Strawberries
  5. Peas
