This is a simple and quick salad to make for either lunch or dinner. I used romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, nature raised farm chicken, and cilantro-lime-ranch dressing. The chicken is already pre-breaded and takes about 10-12 min in the oven. I pop in the oven while I am cutting and prepping the rest of the salad. Feel free to add tomatoes or avocado to top it off.
